A Cop destroyed evidence. How does one get the FBI or Attorney General involved?

As you have discovered, you can't. What's to investigate? If he acknowledged deleting images in a deposition, apparently you are the only one who thinks it merits any further investigation. Of course, you're very special and must be right. Too bad others won't recognize it.
