I would go with sole proprietorship for the simple reason of it being the easiest, easy to start, easy to finance, easy to stop. You invest at your own risk. A corporation has a lot of goverment taxation around it and its more costly. Partnerships can turn into disagreements, arguments, and lawsuits if you don't choose your partner wsely.
