Going to the U2 360 tour in Tampa. How do I get into the inner circle of the stage?

I am going as well and all of the Internet research I have done says that this tour is a first come, first serve basis to get into the inner circle. For most venues, the first 2500-3000 have gotten in. For some cities in Europe you had to be there before noon to get in, while others in the US have had people get in there as late as 4pm. We are planning to be at the stadium by noon and hope for the best!
