Do people in our country eat goat or cow/buffalo head beside fish head curry. ?

In Sweden if I'm not mistaken people do eat sheep head, they stew it. It use to be a poor man meal but time has change it's now a popular meal there especially during special occasion. In our country people do eat pig head so why not goat or buffalo head
