How to use cruise control on 92 Honda Prelude?

cruise control is easy as hell, but it only works once you've reached a certain speed. on my Integra, i have to be going about 60-65 in order to activate it. basically, you just maintain your desired speed, hit the on, then take your foot off the gas pedal. anytime you have to brake, the cruise control turns off and you have to re-engage the system. if you have your owner's manual, take a look. it'll explain a lot more than i can.
