Is kookia.com a scam?

Well on YouTube I was looking at and avatar last airbender movie trailer that a fan made .... And all of a sudden in the last2 days people have been posting comments about kookia and how to go on their site to watch the last airbnder movie. But this seems fishy to me, it seems like the are posting the same thing but rephrasing it every hour and it's getting annoying
