Acne not going away!?

I used to be clear of acne but broke out in acne near my jawline and neck area a few months ago and it just won't go away. I've been using a topical gel that contains clindamycin phosphate and benzoyl peroxide for about two months now and my acne seemingly improved slightly but now it seems to be getting worst. I also use a cleanser that contains benzoyl peroxide. Am I using too much of it and it's drying up my skin? What do I do?
