I'm 10 weeks preganat..?

i recently had uti i was on some meds but left as i was having side effects only to notice i have thrush , my husband and i had whilst having both but had to stop as it was painfull and the uti became worst i used meds and it has cleard up both the thrush and uti has been a day now, is it safe for us to have or should i wait a little longer.
