I'm 16 and always hot and sweaty?

Latley i have been getting hot and i sweat like crazy. i can be in front of a fan and still be hot. There is no way i have menopause bc im only 16! I'll be in cl and sweating and i will say it is Extreamly HOT in the room and they will laugh at me bc they are cold. what could i have
