Traveling OVER the U.S. by plane (No Stops) with a Canadian Criminal Record?

As long as you are flying directly from Canada to that country and not stopping in the US then you will not have a problem. If you do a layover in the US then you will have to go through customs & immigration in the US even though you are not staying there.
