PAYING FOR DOCTOR MISTAKE?! PLEASE HELP!?

I have been the middle person between my insurance, lab work, and primary care physician for over a month now. I am being charged for my annual blood test that should've been covered at 100% by my insurance company. I found out from the in-network hospital I went to for my blood test that I am being charged because my lab sheet requested the HIV1, RNA Quant bDNA test. I am a 100% healthy individual and am HIV negative - I was ured by my doctor that this was all routine so why not have it done on paper. I, of course, have NO IDEA what is checked on the lab sheet and trusted my doctor naturally. I am at a loss as to what to do because none of the parties are admitting fault and no corrected claim is being submitted to my insurance to clear me of these charges (over $350). Could you please give me some lead as to me whose fault this is? I also found out that the HIV1, RNA Quant bDNA test should ONLY be done on HIV positive patients. Why did the lab people go ahead with this test if they already knew I was HIV negative? Please advise! Thank you so much!

How bad will this be on my hair?

I've dyed my hair 5 times in the last 2 weeks (because it's either done nothing or turned my hair a ridiculous orange). I was going from a dark red to a blonde... and my hair is still orange. Well, my roots are blonde, but the rest is orange. I'm thinking just to dye it back since I'm not having any luck with the color. I'm really wary of dying it a sixth time, but i just want it to be back to normal. I've been letting my conditioner stay in an extra 2 minutes longer than I normally do to help moisturize my hair. How can I make the heat generated from a multi fuel burning stove not go up the chimney?

It's hard to picture the exact situation but I'm uming the pipe comes out the back of your stove and then goes vertically up you chimney flue. As the pipe enters the flue behind where the mantle piece should be you should have a closure plate. It is sometimes called a register plate. It should fit exactly into the flue and have a 6 & 1/8" hole cut into it for the flue pipe to p through. The small gap round the pipe should then be packed with a length of fire rope to give a good seal. The register plate should be made of steel but if you aren't in a position to cut and drill steel there is another product which is called fire proof board or Asbestolux. Don't worry it doesn't have asbestos in it! Most builders merchants stock it. It can be cut with a jig-saw and drilled fairly easily.It is fixed into position with screws and rawl-plugs and then the edges sealed with fire cement. To be honest it's really a job for a HETAS registered solid fuel installer because of the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Once fitted the register plate will give your stove the best heat generation available. If you are at all unsure please get professional advice as your health and that of your family may be at risk. And don't pack anything around the pipe or you could risk a fire.

cruise control is easy as hell, but it only works once you've reached a certain speed. on my Integra, i have to be going about 60-65 in order to activate it. basically, you just maintain your desired speed, hit the on, then take your foot off the gas pedal. anytime you have to brake, the cruise control turns off and you have to re-engage the system. if you have your owner's manual, take a look. it'll explain a lot more than i can.

Have you had a chest xray? You may have pneumonia and needed more than 1 round of antibiotics and the new cold has made it worse. You should see your doctor and see if you can be put back on the antibiotics. I had pneumonia that started that way and it took 3 months for it to completely go away. My dad didn't have work & it was my granddad & aunts who supported us financially,our basic necessities (both for my dad & grandma) & my education. I tried to advice my dad but he won't listen. I am so sick & tired & desperately want to live a happy, normal & successful life free from living in worry & fear everytime I go home finding my dad drunk again that I used to intentionally go home from school late at night when he is asleep already & the house is peaceful again .I feel miserable finding no place to stay and it’s scary to be out there in the streets even if I am tired from school and longs to go home and have a good rest or study for an exam. Track lace is a extra lace that you pull that tightens the lining of the boot, it really helps and makes it more comfortable so you can ride for longer and your feet stay warmer because of the liner. In my opinion I love the track laces, plus they're easy to pull and undo. I like the look of the boots but in my experience Roxy isnt the best brand for boots because the durability isnt that great, next time opt for something like 32s.

Heath Ledger was an actor who committed to his roles and wasn't afraid to take risks. I think that's why he was chosen. when you ollie, the tail end of the board hits the ground and the front end goes in the air. when this happens, the wheels will not be on the ground. you have to slide your front foot forwards and level the board out from slant to straight. when you do this, the whole board should be off the ground. next just try to land on it. you do not have to pop hard at all, it is all about leveling it out. even if the tail end doesn't hit the ground, it is still possible to ollie. you do ollie the same while moving, but you want to try to land in front of you instead of beneath you. try doing it without moving first because it is way easier. the board is going to get messed up. theres not much you can do about that. if you have expensive equipment (wheels,bearings, trucks, ect), keep all of that until they break. you ARE going to have to keep buying new board though. GOOD LUCK!

I am going as well and all of the Internet research I have done says that this tour is a first come, first serve basis to get into the inner circle. I am a Catholic. I went to a private Catholic school for about 10 years, however, I believe someone who is faithful to their religion will go to heaven. For instance, my beliefs may be different than yours, but if we both do what we are supposed to for our own religion, it shows that we are faithful people, and tried as hard as we could to be good people. I believe there isn't one religion that is better than any other, people just feel differently about things, but that doesn't make them bad people. I think if someone is just a really good person, helps people in need, has good thoughts toward people, and tries to be the best person he or she can be, you will go to heaven.

Dog in heat ???????????

i live on a farm and my dog is in heat and another male dog from a few farms over came over to my property ( i forgot to mension my dog has her own outdoor kennel ) and the dog has not left in 3 days , i have a male bullmastiff who roams the property as he pleases but my dog is friendly with the strange dog so he will not leave , luckily the strange dog is actually friendly , i am afraid that after my dog goes out of heat this dog wont leave because him and my dog seem to be friends . and i cant just go knocking on doors asking people to take there dog because out here in the farmlands people are weary of strangers people let there dogs roam free out here ( to protect the animals ) so yeah , you cant just go to someones house because if you get out of the car your getting bit ( there is also theifs out here thats another reason why people let there dogs roam the property ) so what can i do about this dog problem ?

I don't know about the ACT, but for the SAT, you are going to have to study pretty hard to break 2000. The PSAT gives you a really good idea of what you'll get on the real SAT. Like, if you took it know, your point would probably only differ by maybe 20 (so maybe an 1800). Cles usually guarantee a 200 pt increase, so either take a cl, or buy a book and get studying, at least a month and a half out before the test! GOOD LUCK!

Electricity- conductors and insulators. help..?

We use electrical conductors for the flow of electricity. Power lines, speakers, outlets, and anything with wires would be a example. A wire itself would be a good example. We use electrical insulators anywhere we do not want current to flow at. A great example would be the insulation on wires that keep negative from touching the positive which would cause a short to accrue. Power lines would be another example of that considering each wire is separated by insulation. I do believe some of the nicer O' scope allows you to view the magnetic field produced.

Why cant I sleep with a fever of 103.3?

So this all started out with bronchitis which obviously was accompanied by a moderate to bad cough and a little fever of 101.4. It's now risen to 103.3 which I already have consulted a doctor about. He says its all viral and you're going to have to let it run its course. Now I'm totally fine with that but what is annoying me is the fact that I'm only getting about 3 hours of sleep a night; the rest of the time my body just sits in between deep sleep and being awake. I've already taken tylenol pm which worked the first night but lost its charm the next dosage. Following that I took some Nyquil which also didn't work and was a terrible experience because I felt so confused and out of my body. I should be resting more but no matter how much I try to sleep(day or night) I always wake up every hour or so. Does anyone have any advice on why this is happening and if its a normal occurrence when it comes to a fever and viral infection? Thank you :)

the subsitute for my english teacher told us to look up on cliffnotes.com about understanding their language back then. it has a section about shakespeare's work and they have on one site of the page the original text and on the opposite side of the page, there is language that we can understand. i didnt go on it yet but i'm going to try it since im doing a project on romeo and juliet too except my project is mostly creativity with posters and signs and tshirts and then some essays. not as many as we had for other stories. but try the site and see how it works on helping you understand what they are saying. this way you will have a better chance of understanding which sentence is allusion and which is personification. hope this helps!

Dry cough tastes like propane?

Is a Landrover Series 1,2,3 or Leightweight a good first car?

The problem you have is a land rover is cled as a commercial vehicle not a car and lots of places won't insure young drivers on them. Try the NFU (national farmers union) they don't have a website so look up the number of the office local to you. Do you have any experience of land rovers at all? Don't get me wrong i love them and have 2 but the older ones take some looking after and are slow and uncomfortable. I would steer clear of the lightweight or any military spec models as the parts are hard to come by and very expensive. The lightweight has lots of one off body parts that can prove a real headache to find. If you buy a good standard UK model the parts are alot easier to come by. Be prepared to learn how to weld though bulk heads and chis need to be kept on top of. Have a look on paddocks website for parts prices i always find them pretty fair priced. One last point steer clear of early diesel engines they are weak and under powdered go for the 2 1/4 petrol.

I was just extremely tired. I have major insomnia. Even sleeping pills don't help me sleep. But man when I was on my tww I just slept all the time. Everyone who knew me thought something was seriously wrong. Then one day I woke up and just couldnt stop using the bathroom. Every 5 min i thought i was going to pee myself (horrible feeling), towards the after noon that same day I just thought i was going to throw up. I thought I had a bad case of the flu, but I never felt sick. (I usually have a fever and cold sweats). I decided to test and within seconds i had two very dark pink lines.

Acne not going away!?

I used to be clear of acne but broke out in acne near my jawline and neck area a few months ago and it just won't go away. I've been using a topical gel that contains clindamycin phosphate and benzoyl peroxide for about two months now and my acne seemingly improved slightly but now it seems to be getting worst. I also use a cleanser that contains benzoyl peroxide. Am I using too much of it and it's drying up my skin? What do I do?
